By accessing or using Medilite AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
Medilite AI is a clinical workflow tool for licensed healthcare providers. You are responsible for ensuring that your clinic's use complies with applicable professional regulations. You must not use the platform to store or process data for any clinic other than your own registered clinic.
3. Data and privacy
Patient data entered into Medilite AI is isolated per clinic and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Each clinic is the data principal for its own patient records.
4. Limitation of liability
Medilite AI is a workflow and documentation tool and does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed practitioner. We are not liable for any clinical outcomes arising from use of the platform.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email to the registered clinic admin. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
